Welcome to aiClassrooms. We operate under strict privacy-first principles. This policy explains how your data is handled across our 6 core features:
We enforce a strict Zero Image Retention Policy. During FaceScan classroom attendance and student Face ID registration (including interactive live test verification), we do not store, transmit, or upload any raw photos or video frames. The camera feed is processed securely on your device in real time to generate an irreversible mathematical vector (a 512-dimensional floating-point array). This vector is entirely irreversible and cannot be used to reconstruct a photo.
During live attendance check-ins, the app may request temporary access to Bluetooth (to scan for secure educator beacons) or Location Services (to verify GPS geofencing if enforced by the educator). This data is strictly used for real-time verification and is never tracked continuously or saved to a database.
When participating in AI quizzes or graded evaluations, your submitted marks and any educator remarks are securely linked to your profile and the specific classroom. This academic data is retained by educators as part of their official class records. To prevent proxy attempts, your device hardware ID is temporarily linked to your profile for the duration of the class.
Class messages, announcements, and files shared by educators are delivered via Push Notifications. Your personal contact information (like your phone number or email) is never visible to other students in the class chat. For privacy and storage optimization, all files and class messages are automatically permanently deleted after 7 days.
Your classroom data, including attendance and marks, can be downloaded directly to your device via smart spreadsheets or synced securely to your personal Google Drive. We do not aggregate or sell your class records to any third-party advertisers. Your backup data remains under your full control.
You have full control over your account. You can permanently delete your account and personal profile directly within the app at any time via Menu ➔ Settings ➔ Delete Account. This immediately deletes your authentication records, Face ID vectors, notification tokens, and revokes active sessions. For further questions, contact us at [email protected].
